Q? Can I use FireCloak on multiple machines?
Answer: YES you can install FireCloak on multiple machines at the same time. However. you should only be logged onto the FireCloak network from one location at any time.
Q? We want to host our own files, what restrictions are there?
Answer: There are no hosting restrictions. You can host your own files on a scale that suits you. If you plan to host a mix of local and remote storage you will need to configure FireCloak Shadow to look after transmission and file management.
Q? I want to use FireCloak but do not want to install any software on my machine?
Answer: You can use our Sinter product which provides a cloud based FireCloak application.
Q? What types of files can I add to a FireCloak Package?
Answer: You can drag and drop any file or folder onto FireCloak to create or add files to a package. There are no restrictions on the file type or the size of the file(s) being added.
